The function of this website requires the exchange of information between the hosting company Server, your computer system and details input by you via the keyboard, mouse or touch screen.

It is my policy not to collect any personal information that is not required as part of my interaction with you. Interaction may be in the form of this website, written or electronic communication, telephone conversation or part of a purchase transaction.

The details which you provide about yourself or any information which identifies you such as your name, address, email address,  country of residence and purchase history (“Personal Information”) is only retained when you volunteer this information while using the website. e.g. using the contact form, or when purchasing goods or services.

Any Personal Information held on my system will only be used for the processing of orders that you may choose to place.  During checkout process you will be transferred to the PayPal website where payment will be made directly on the Paypal website by you.

Important:

I do not store or capture your card details or any financial information about you online or offline.

In the process of fulfilling your order Your Name and address will be passed to third party service providers such as Royal Mail for delivery purposes only.

A record of your transaction with me will be kept for a maximum of 12 months. After this time the record will be deleted or destroyed.

I may use information gathered via this website to compile anonymous research(identify popular products, etc). To be clear, I will not sell, share or rent any information that you have submitted to this site with third parties.

Any personal information will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and in the spirit if the new GDPR laws introduced on May 2018.

If you would like to revise the information provided to me at any time, or feel what I currently have on record is incorrect, you may update the information by contacting me using the contact form.

From time to time I  may conduct a survey or promotion  and information may be requested from you as part of these activities. Participation is entirely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose any information which might be required.
